ARCHITECTURE

Architectural services are provided for Corporate, Civic, Commercial, and Residential Works. Our fees do not typically include the costs of engineering or other consultancy services typically required for almost all projects. These include but are not limited to Structural Engineers, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers, Land Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors. Fees for typical services can be charged as a percentage fee of the Total Cost of Construction or on a Fixed Fee basis.

INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN

Corporate, Commercial & Residential Interior Architecture services do not typically include the costs of engineering or other consultancy services typically required for almost all projects. These include but are not limited to Structural and Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. Fees for typical services are charged as a percentage fee of the Total Cost of Construction or a Fixed Fee basis through negotiations.

CORPORATE & RESIDENTIAL FURNITURE DESIGN

These are specialized furniture design services such as the special design of lecterns, conference tables to individualized specifications and the like. In a residential scenario, this can apply to individualized Designer kitchens or perhaps a Sci-Fi bed. Our service fee will usually include for a stipulated minimum of these items only in cases where market items are not recommended or otherwise cannot be used or specified. A highly individualized item such as a Sci-Fi bed, which is not considered a necessity, shall be charged on a separate basis unless otherwise agreed.

RETAIL, EXHIBITION, BOOTH OR AUTOMATIVE SHOWROOM DESIGN

Retail, Exhibition, Booth or Automotive Showroom Designs are highly individualized projects that require a lot more creative imagination and ingenuity than is customary for other commercial properties. The goal of these Design projects is to propel the client to the forefront of his or her competitors by maintaining attention through the force of visual impact. These Designs are typically charged as a percentage fee of the Total Cost of Construction but a Fixed Fee can be negotiated.

GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES

We offer Graphic Design services that may or may not be integrated with an ongoing project. Graphic Design services are typically a separate service and therefore an additional cost. If your building or interiors project requires these services, a combined package fee can be negotiated.

WEB DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

We offer Web Development services that may or may not be integrated with an ongoing project. Web Development services are typically a separate service and therefore an additional cost. If your building or interiors project requires these services, a combined package fee can be negotiated.
